Parbatya Chattagram Juba Samiti

Parbatya Chattagram Juba Samiti (PCJS) is male youth wing organization of the Parbatya Chattgram Jana Samhati Samiti (PCJSS) struggling for rights to self-determination of the indigenous communities in Chittagong Hill Tracts, Bangladesh. The PCJS was founded in 1975 with aim to establish the right to self-determination of the indigenous people and to ensure a compact society of the indigenous peoples free from discrimination, deprivation, exclusion and exploitations of all kinds.

Ideal of Juba Samiti:
Juba Samiti adheres to the ideal of PCJSS i.e. the ideal of humanity and humanitarian values. The core ideal of Juba Samiti is based on the principles of: Nationalism, secularism, equal right and social justice.

The PCJS has branches at district, Upazila (sub-district) and union levels in CHT. Besides, there are village committees in all the villages over the three hill districts.
Youth Affairs Secretary of central, district and Upazila committees of PCJSS coordinates and guides the activities of the PCJS within the respective area of jurisdiction.
